Naples is inspired by the experience and passion of Nicoleta Barac and Lisa Giamarino, whose backgrounds in skincare, aesthetics, and client care have shaped a thoughtful, personalized approach to beauty and wellness.

Nicoleta brings extensive European and American experience in beauty, skincare, and aesthetics. She began working in aesthetics and nail care in Romania in 1994 before moving to the United States in 2005.

She continued her education in Florida, expanding her expertise through training in dermaplaning, microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, Hydrafacial, ombre powder brows, and professional makeup.

Her career also includes seven years as a MAC store manager, along with professional makeup work for fashion shows, weddings, and special occasions. Her broad technical background and passion for aesthetics help shape the personalized experience associated with Naples.

Lisa brings a diverse background in wellness, beauty, and client-centered care. Before entering the aesthetics industry, she owned and operated a Pilates and sports medicine business in New York for 12 years.

After moving to Florida in 2013, she pursued advanced education in skincare and cosmetics at the Bonita School of Massage and Cosmetology. Her additional training includes manual lymphatic drainage, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, ultrasound, and lesion removal.

Lisa also has professional makeup experience for portraits, weddings, and special events. Her approach brings together an appreciation for healthy skin, beauty, and overall wellness.

Our founders’ aesthetics experience is distinct from clinical care. Prescription decisions are made independently by appropriately licensed healthcare providers.
